At MAKE Beauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on new or gently used items within 30 days of the delivery date.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring all lids are tightly sealed.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
